All full-priced items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. We don’t offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. However, we provide a store credit to the value of the item returned. Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs for items deemed faulty

You may exchange your garment for any item of your choice (subject to availability) with equal or lesser value.

All of our clothes are generally true to Australian size standards. However, please note that our sizing guide is just a general guide only. Every garment varies in cut and elasticity depending on the fabric so please email us at hello@moktheorem.com.au if you have any questions regarding size selection.

We will state the size each model wears on the product description page.

If you are unhappy with the fit of your item, we are more than happy to exchange your purchase. Please refer to our RETURNS POLICY  for more information.

Please email us at hello@moktheorem.com.au with the name and size of the item that you are after. If we do get more of that particular item, we’ll place your name on our pre-order list and email you straight away to let you know of its arrival.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card (Visa and Mastercard) or Pay Pal.

Sorry, we do not accept American Express or Diners.

No, changes to delivery addresses cannot be made once the items are dispatched so please ensure address details are correct upon checkout.

Yes, parcels can be delivered to PO Box addresses.

Customers are responsible for any customs or import charge in their country if applicable.

When we send out your order, we will also email you a consignment code that allows you to track your parcel via SF Courier for all our Hong Kong customers and via Hong Kong Post for all our Australian and other international customers.
